Strong welded construction body with efficient mulling wheels. Inner and outer scrapers used to mix the sand and additives. 'GUR' liner par wall for non sticking sand.

INTENSIVE TURBO MIXER:
Regid construction with exchangeble wearplate, mixing ploughs and rotar blades. Mixing ploughs driving through worm reduction gearbox coupled by standard motor.

GEARED LADLE:
Grey Iron, S. G. Iron, Steel ladles are manufactured by good quality materials. Pasper bronze worm wheel and heat treated bevel gears are used in the gear box.

KNOCKOUT MACHINE:
Eccentric type jolting mechanism and resting on the hardened springs. Heavy duty self aligned bearing mounted on the graded grey Iron housing and sealed from the dust intrusion.
Proven technology impeller used for excellent casting performance and less wear and rear. simple design to handle by unskilled labour.
