BELT CONVEYOR:

ROLLER CONVEYOR:

It is straight and curved type. The roller conveyors are powerised and non-powerised. The design of the roller conveyor as per party requirements. And also manufacture Turn table system.

It is designed for conveying the heavy materials. Number of slat plates fixed on the chain and driving by motor & Gear box.

JIB CRANE:

Pillar type JIB Crane having revolving arm rotation will be 180, 270 and 360. The floor mounted JIB Crane designed to solve the lifting and positioning problems in fixed location.

BUCKET ELEVATOR:

It is designed to elevate the all type of bulk materials. Series of buckets fitted with the belt or chain. Total body covered by M. S. Sheets. Driving unit positioned at the top level. Screw type tension is provided at the bottom.

Roller is made out of 'C' class ERW Pipe and Housings are either Metal / Nylon. Bearing either SKF / NBF / ZKL are used according to the service condition and application. The rolls are sealed against moisture and dust by using nylon multi labyrinth seal. The shaft material will be either EN8 / Bright steel and machined with close tolerence.
